BOOKING

All advertising must be confirmed in writing on a booking form to secure your advert space.

 

Cancellation: Any cancellation received after the cancellation deadline (14 days prior to on sale date) will be charged at the full fee.

NON-RECEIPT OF MATERIAL

We have an obligation to you and other advertisers to deliver the magazine on time and therefore material MUST be received by the close of business on the specified deadline date set. If not a filler will have to be used in the space you have booked. To avoid this make certain your ad reaches us on the due date specified.

Eastern Eye Magazine accepts no responsibility for typesetting or artwork done by third-party on behalf of the advertiser. If the Eastern Eye Magazine designers are required to design or amend any advertiser material a fee will be charged and only signed proofs will be accepted for printing. Once artwork has been approved and signed off, Eastern Eye Magazine cannot be held liable for errors in artwork.
